Dockmaster Sync Explanation with Flow

The Sync between Dockmaster and Flow is for Customer and Boats/Vessels.

DME/Flow Customer Sync Fields Compared:

Customer Fields that Sync(these can be done from either platform): Last Name, First Name, Address, Postal, City, State/Province, Home Phone(Shipping/Primary), Work Phone(Shipping), Cell Phone(Shipping, Company(Name), Home Phone(Billing), Primary Email Address, Comments

**Flow takes in the Home Phone(Shipping) from DME as the Primary. If Cell Phone is the only number on the DME record that will become the primary in Flow.

Boat Fields that Sync(these can be done from either platform):: Boat Name, Manufacturer, Model, Registration, Serial Number, Length Overall, Length Waterline, Beam, Draft, Height, Weight, Hull Color, Current Slip/Location**, Insurance, Insurance Expiration, Comments, Engine/Trailer, Engine Make, Engine Model, Serial Number, Transom ID, Drive, Size, Hours, Trailer Make, Trailer Model, Serial Number, Registration, Location

**Current Slip/Location is controlled by Dockmaster. Flow cannot assign slips since it does not have the verification's with marina management that Dockmaster does yet.

**Vessels created in Flow will Not sync to Dockmaster until they are attached to a Customer.
