Attachments Upload in Dockmaster Mobile Time App Guide

Important Note: The ability to Upload Attachments between Mobile and Dockmaster client is only available in version 8.4.36.0. On the WorkOrder OpCode level only.
Initial activation of this feature will need to be done by Dockmaster Support on request.
TECHNICIAN ACCESS and OPTIONS
Once this feature is activated on a data account the company will then be able to decide which Technicians will have access to it and what level of access they will have. Mobile App security for each Technician will need to be updated to select if a Technician is allowed to Add Attachments, View Attachments and Delete Attachments. There are multiple levels for View and Delete.
For View, the options are:
- All - Mobile Tech can view all attachments.
- Owner/Public - Mobile Tech can view attachments they added, or attachments added from the DM client.
- Owner - Mobile Tech can only view the attachments they added.
- None - Mobile Tech - cannot View attachments
For Delete, the options are:
- All - Mobile Tech can delete any attachment.
- Owner/Public - Mobile Tech can delete attachments they added, or attachments added from the DM client.
- Owner - Mobile Tech can only delete the attachments they add.
- None - Mobile Tech - cannot delete attachments.
