8.4.26 DM Freezing when Processing CC's through Converge App
It appears as though the latest program changes for Converge version 5 we were required to make in DockMaster are not backwards compatible with the previous Converge release.
Please forward the following steps to your System Administrator / IT Dept to use to fix.

Uninstall Converge from the workstation in question through Add Remove Programs.

Download and install the following on the workstation as Administrator. Download

When complete, give it five minutes, and then reboot the workstation.

Reboot the CC reader by holding the YELLOW and PUNCTUATION key for one second and then releasing.

Once back to the WELCOME SCREEN please log back into to DM and POS, and try again.
