8.4.26 DM Freezing when Processing CC's through Converge App

It appears as though the latest program changes for Converge version 5 we were required to make in DockMaster are not backwards compatible with the previous Converge release. 

Please forward the following steps to your System Administrator / IT Dept to use to fix.  

  • Uninstall Converge from the workstation in question through Add Remove Programs.

  • Download and install the following on the workstation as Administrator. Download

  • When complete, give it five minutes, and then reboot the workstation.

  • Reboot the CC reader by holding the YELLOW and PUNCTUATION key for one second and then releasing.

  • Once back to the WELCOME SCREEN please log back into to DM and POS, and try again.
