Customer Balance

From the DockMaster menu, select Accounts Receivable > Inquiries > Customer Balance

The Customer Balance displays the current status of an A/R customer and any open invoices.

With no Customer ID selected, the only option for entry is:

  • Customer ID - Enter a valid Customer ID. If you don’t know the customer’s number, type in the person’s name preceded by a backslash "" to access a cross-reference list, or F6 to select from a List.

Once a Customer ID has been entered into the Customer ID field, the following options are available: Selecting any of the Invoice options will open an A/R Invoice Inquiry

  • Press F6 to List all customers and select another.
  • Press F7 to List Open invoices for the current Customer ID
  • Press F8 to List Invoice History for the current Customer ID
  • Press F9 to List Invoice Detail for the current Customer ID

Click the Clear button to inquire on another customer.
