Customer Inquiry

From the DockMaster menu, select Accounts Receivable > Inquiries > Customer Inquiry

This routine allows a user to view but not modify the information in a Customer’s File. This program should be enabled for users that need to inquire on a customer, but don’t have the security level to make changes.

  • Customer ID - Enter a valid Customer ID. Use F6 to select from a List, or type in the person’s name preceded by a backslash "" to access a cross-reference list.

Click the Clear button to inquire on another customer.
