Transaction History [report] [A/R]

From the DockMaster menu, select Accounts Receivable > Reports > Transaction History

This report prints a summary of all transactions posted to a customer’s account for a given date range. The report is sorted by transaction date and may be run for one, ALL, or several customers. If you want to exclude zero activity customers in the report, check the Exclude Zero Activity Customers box. The report can also be run for one or ALL A/R schedule accounts.

  • Starting Transaction Date - Enter the Starting Transaction Date for the report or leave the prompt blank to report on ALL dates.
  • Ending Transaction Date - Enter the Ending Transaction Date for the report or leave the prompt blank to report on ALL dates.
  • Customers - Enter a Customer Number or leave the prompt blank to include ALL customers. If you don’t know the customer’s number, type in his name preceded by a backslash "" to access a cross-reference list.
  • Customer List Name - Enter a pre-defined Customer List Name or bypass this prompt. This list should be created with the Report Generator. If you are not sure how to create a List, ask your system administrator for assistance.
  • A/R Schedule Account - Enter an A/R Schedule Account or leave the prompt blank to report on ALL accounts.
  • Exclude Zero Activity Customers - Click this option to exclude customers with no A/R transactions.

Click the Print button to print the report.
