Configuring Valpay Device in Dockmaster Configuration

If device not yet configured for a user, and/or getting an immediate "Payment Declined" message when trying to charge CC's before CC reader is activated, please complete the following to configure your boarded ValPay device:

1. Click on the Windows Start Menu button.

2. Type DockMaster Configuration.

3. Click on OPEN to open the DockMaster Configuration.

4. Click on the Devices Tab on the DockMaster Configuration.

5. Enter the ValPay Device Name where indicated below.  If assistance is needed obtaining the device name let us know.
