ValPay's Manual Entry Option
The option for Manual Entry is available with our ValPay integration for all transactions types using the approved CC readers.
Finish Pay Screen at Point of Sale
When pressing that Manual button you will be able to manually enter the CC number onto the PCI Compliant CC reader from ValPay.
Cash Receipts Entry's Manual CC Entry option
Cash Receipts has the option for Manual Entry still but it has changed. Please see below, before hitting Authorize you now must check the box for Manual CC Entry, and then the CC reader will allow it:
Customer File Maintenance Manual CC Entry option
Similar to Cash Receipts, there is now an option that needs checked to tell the CC reader to allow for manual entry. Simply check the box highlighted below before hitting the update button when storing a CC, and the CC reader will allow for manual entry:
