DockMaster Secure Login
Create a secure connection to the server using Secure Login to access DockMaster and Point of Sale.

DockMaster Secure Login Client
1. Double click on the Secure Login icon to begin
You must first establish a secure connection to the server before launching the DockMaster or Point of Sale applications.
2. Enter the Secure Login credentials
Each secure login is a software license. Typically, the secure login will be set up based on the "station" or location within your business. I.E. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. Please contact your DockMaster representative if you'd like to make changes to your account.
3. Open the DockMaster application and/or the Point of Sale application.
If the application fails to launch from the popup login screen, click on the desktop icon to relaunch.

Note: You do not have to open both applications in order to use the system. If a station functions entirely as a POS station, launch only POS. If POS is not needed, launch only the main DockMaster application.
4. Select the database
The TRAIN database is a sandbox/test environment available to use for training purposes. Select the DATA1 to work in a live database environment.
5. Enter your unique credentials to log in
Each clerk/staff member should have their own login credentials.
6. The DockMaster application is now open and ready to use
The Clerk ID and database can be seen at the bottom of the screen within the application.

7. Double click to open the Point of Sale
The Secure Login screen may be hidden behind the DockMaster application. You can either retrieve the Secure Login screen by moving DockMaster, or you can click on the Point of Sale desktop shortcut to launch.

8. Select the database and connect
9. Enter login credentials
Each clerk/staff member should have their own login credentials.
