Secure Login Password Reset Guide

You must know your current password to reset it. If "Locked" due to multiple failed login attempts, you can retry in 30 minutes per updated 2025 PCI compliance.

If you do not know your password, please check with your systems administrator prior to contacting DockMaster Support.

Password Requirements:

Password Complexity: Minimum of 12 characters. Must include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Lockout Duration: Accounts will be locked for 30 minutes after 6 failed login attempts.


ℹ️ This guide is for Secure Login License password resets - not individual clerk / user password resets or maintenance.

# DockMaster Secure Login Password Reset Process

1. Secure Login Application

Double click - Secure Login to open the application

2. Enter Username

Enter Username - NOTE: workstations that use a generic Secure Login that is shared MUST remember to share updated passwords with all associated users/clerks

3. Enter Current Password

If you do not know your current password, please check with your systems administrator prior to contacting DockMaster Support. If the username is shared - another user/clerk may have reset the shared password.

4. Click Login

5. Click File

6. Click Update Password

7. Enter Old (current) Password

8. Type New Password and Re-Type to confirm
