Parts Load

Here is the View Sample of the Mercury load we are doing, this is a good looking view sample.  The load had a program on it that formats the parts, so they look different below than they do in the system, that's why I suggest saving this email/screenshot, so that you can see next time "ok last time it had the funny looking superseded column also" or "last time it was all zeros for costs also".  That always throws people, that's how the first parts are on the file for some reason.

Bad view sample example:  See below, you can see immediately it's no good, stop what your doing if you see this, you are loading the wrong file:

Less obvious Bad View Sample:   The columns look OK, but check out the part number. That's me loading the merc file into a vendor with some other load code on it.  It was the right file type so it isn't gibberish, but it's still wrong.  Take your time verifying it looks ok, and screenshot  and log if unsure.  We've seen Volvo, Merc, Yamaha, and LNS loads 1000s of times, I can quickly give you a 'yes' or 'no' on a view sample when needed.
