Taking Inventory on a Hand Held Scanner​

These instructions are for taking a physical inventory count with a handheld scanner. These scanners are pre-programmed by DockMaster to work with our software; if you purchased a different scanner or did not send the scanner to DockMaster for programming, you will not be able to update the data correctly.

Important: You must do all data transfers (from the scanner) on a PC that has the scanner attached to it and a DockMaster connection.
