Meter Reading Report

From the DockMaster menu, select Marina Management > Meters > Meter Reading Report

Report ID: DM.BS.ELEC.METER.EDIT

This report generates a list of meter charges generated through the Enter Meter Readings program. It is recommended that this report be printed and saved as a detail audit of charges posted. This report is the only option to view charges prior to posting. Note: Only UNPOSTED charges are included on this report. Once the charge has been Posted to a customer’s account, the charge will no longer appear on this report.

In the Specific Values tab, on the Meter Read Date line item, change the date to the Billing Date for the charges being viewed. Note: If you enter a different date than the Billing Date, you will not see the charges you entered.
