Rent Roll
From the DockMaster menu, select Marina Maintenance > Rent Roll
This menu contains reports and spreadsheets that are used for generating management reports for your storage facility. Due to the complexity of these reports, some are generated directly to a spreadsheet while others are generated as a report that can be previewed or printed as needed.
Summary
The summary spreadsheet consists of the following information;
- Columns B and C contain the available, occupied, and occupancy percentages for each slip type included the in rent roll types list.
- Columns D and E contain the Market Rate, Revenue billed, Vacancy loss, and Percentage vacancy loss percentages for each slip type included the in rent roll types list.
- Totals for columns D and E are at the bottom and include the Total Discrepancy amount from the Discrepancy report as well as the Total revenue all occupied slip types.
- Columns G and H contain the billing codes invoiced and their totals by assigned slip type.
- Columns J and K contain the billing codes that do not have a slip type assigned but were invoiced to slips and their totals.
Discrepancy
The Discrepancy spreadsheet lists all of the customers and their boats that were billed during the reporting period but for some reason were not assigned to a slip when billed. It consists of the following information;
- The customer ID and Name
- Boat Id and Name
- Amount and totals
Slip Utilization
The Slip Utilization spreadsheet occupancy statistics for the slips, and is broken into sheets displaying different levels of detail on this occupancy. It consists of the following information;
- Summary - summary of overall occupancy by slip type
- Slip_Summary - detailed summary by individual slip
- Slip_Detail - further details on the boats occupying the slips
Slip Detail
The Slip Detail report lists all slips, with Type, Boat Length, Slip Length, Market Rate, Customer ID, Customer Name, Arrival Date, Lease End Date, and Slip Revenue.
Slip Movement History
The Slip Movement History report shows the history of Boats moving into and out of the slips
