Point of Sale (POS) Grid Issues: Sorting, Grouping, Hidden Column, Filtering

If Point of Sale is missing one of the headers for Item Number, Qty, Price, etc, right-click with your mouse on one of the headers in the grid to access the grid settings. If you have a sorting, grouping, or filtering issue-  this would be the place to fix it also:

If 'clear all sorting' is available - clear it.  That can cause issues and confusion if not cleared after use.

Click 'column chooser'.  See if you have an item that's hiding.  If so, drag it back up to where it's supposed to go if needed.  Double clicking also works.

We recommend hiding the Group By, Find Panel, and Auto Filter row when they are not in use.  I have all three on this example below.
