SUSPENDED TICKETS
Suspended Tickets POS- Suspended tickets in POS are tickets that were started and not completed. Open POS and select the recall ticket. This will open the recall ticket screen
Select the drop down on Register Number to enter or scroll up to select “ALL” registers. Select Suspended ticket. Enter dates for search. Once set up is complete click Search Tickets
You will need to highlight each ticket, then select ticket button (or double click on the ticket #). Once selected this takes you to POS purchase screen. Verify if the suspended ticket is a purchase to complete the sale, and process for payment. Or if this is a ticket that needs to be voided. If suspended ticket is to be voided, then select the Void ticket button below
