Boat Purchase Order Inquiry​

Purpose To view orders for items which exist in the Boat, Motor, Trailer, or Other model file.

From the menu select Sales Management Inquiries, Boat Purchase Order Inquiry

The Boat Purchase Order Inquiry and Boat Purchase Order forms have basically the same functionality except that inquiry is view only. This section will address the differences between the two forms.

1 General Tab

The only difference the General tab in the Boat Purchase Order Inquiry form and the Boat Purchase Order form is the function key/Command Panel choices when at the Type field in the Order Detail grid as described below. All other prompts are identical to the General tab in the Boat Purchase Order form. Please refer to the Boat Purchase Order topic for details on each remaining prompt.

  • Type – Double click any row in the grid to see the order details for that row.

2 Shipping Information Tab

  • The prompts in the Shipping Information tab are identical to the Shipping Information tab in the Boat Purchase Order form. Please refer to the Boat Purchase Order topic for details on each prompt.
