Contract Inquiry
Contract Inquiry
Purpose To view sales contracts for boats, motors, trailers, and/or other items.
From the menu select Sales Management, Inquiries, Contract Inquiry
The Sales Contract Inquiry and Contract Maintenance forms have basically the same functionality except that inquiry is view only. This section will address the differences between the two forms.
- Closing Tab
- The Closing tab is not shown (not available) in the Contract Inquiry form. All closing activities are done through the Closing tab in Contract Maintenance or Contract Closing on the Sales Function menu.
- Bills Tab
This tab shows billing summary information for closed sales contracts. This information is view only.

- Close Date – Date the sales contract was closed.
- Total Charges – Total Charges for the sales contract.
- Journal Transaction – Journal Transaction for the sale.
- A/R Charges – Charges to Accounts Receivable.
- A/R Invoice – Accounts Receivable invoice.
