Comments

From the DockMaster menu, select Sales Management > Prospects Functions > Prospects > Comments

Comments [tab]

The comments area is an open text field. Unlimited comments can be entered into this box. When saved, each entry is stamped with the time, date, and user id of the sales person making the entry. The box is completely editable and no attempt is made to verify contents or prevent deletion. The newest entry will appear at the bottom of the comments box and focus will automatically be set to this entry when the tab is clicked on.
