From the DockMaster menu, select Sales Management > Prospects Functions > Prospects > Lost Reason(s)​

Lost Reasons [tab]

These fields allow for entering a date and reason the sale to this prospect was lost. This information can be printed on prospect reports.

  • Lost Date – Enter the Date the sale was Lost.
  • Lost Reason – Enter the Reason the sale was Lost.
