Preferences​

From the DockMaster menu, select Sales Management > Prospects Functions > Prospects > Preferences​

Preferences [tab]

  • Type – Choose the prospect’s Preference Type from the dropdown box. Valid options are New, Used, Brokerage, Demo, Floor Model, and Other.
  • Maximum Size – Enter the Maximum size boat that the prospect is seeking.
  • Minimum Size – Enter the Minimum size boat that the prospect is seeking.
  • Maximum Price – Enter the Maximum dollar amount the prospect is looking to spend on a boat.
  • Manufacturer – Enter one or multiple entries in the grid to indicate the Preferred Manufacturer the prospect is looking for. The 99999 Vendor can be entered if the vendor does not exist in the system. If the Vendor Number is not known, enter the Vendor Name preceded by a backslash "" to access a cross-reference list. Leave the grid blank to include ALL Manufacturers.
  • Model Type – Enter one or multiple entries in the grid to indicate the Preferred Model Type the prospect is looking for. Leave the grid blank to include ALL Model Types.
  • Model – Enter one or multiple Models in the grid to indicate the Preferred Model the prospect is looking for. Leave the grid blank to include ALL Models.
  • Color – Enter one or multiple entries in the grid to indicate the Preferred Color the prospect is looking for. Leave the grid blank to include ALL Colors.
  • Location Code – Enter one or multiple entries in the grid to indicate the Preferred Location the prospect is looking to buy from. Leave the grid blank to include ALL Locations.
