11 Closing Tab

The Closing Tab of Sales Contract Maintenance and Sales Contract Closing forms have basically the same functionality. This section will address the difference between the two forms.

  • Customer Number – If a customer number was provided in the Main tab, this field defaults to the customer number and name that was provided. Otherwise the Customer Number is blank and the customer name defaults to the prospect name in the Main tab of Sales Contract Maintenance.
  • Close Date – Defaults to the current system date as mm/dd/yyyy.
-- Payment Information Grid –-
  • The prompts in the Payment Information grid are exactly the same as the Payment Information grid in the Sales Contract Closing form. Please refer to the Sales Contract Closing topic for details on each prompt.
-- Check Boxes –-
  • The prompts in the Check Boxes section are exactly the same as the Check Boxes section in the Sales Contract Closing form. Please refer to the Sales Contract Closing topic for details on each prompt.
-- Buttons –-
  • The Buttons in the Closing tab of Sales Contract Maintenance are exactly the same as the Buttons in the Sales Contract Closing form. Please refer to the Sales Contract Closing topic for details on each button.

This section is view only.

  • The prompts in the Financial Information section in the Closing tab of Sales Contract Maintenance are exactly the same as the prompts in the Financial Information section in the Sales Contract Closing form. Please refer to the Sales Contract Closing topic for details on each button.
