Historical Work Orders

Historical Work Order Inquiry​

Purpose: Historical Work Order Inquiry allows you to inquire on work orders that have been purged and archived from the system. Once the work orders have been archived, they will be available to inquire on through the Historical Inquiry.  The Historical Work Order Inquiry works exactly like Work Order Inquiry.

From the menu select Service, Inquires, Work Order Historical Inquiry.

  • To learn how to purge your work orders, please refer to File Purging from the System Administration menu. The file purging process may be password protected. Please ask your System Administrator for assistance.
