Forecast Parts and Labor​

Purpose: The11 Forecast Tab is used to help Forecast expected Parts And Labor Income.

DockMaster allows you to forecast what the expected parts and labor income and labor hours will be for each operation on a Work Order. Whether you have an Estimate attached to the Work Order or not, this functionality allows you to print reports which forecast expected revenues and hours to completion.

To enter Forecasting entries, select the Operation and click the 11 Forecast Tab.

11 Forecast​

  • The Estimate and Actual fields are non-maintainable, as the figures are updated by the system automatically.
  • Enter a Parts Dollars Forecasted amount.
  • Enter a Labor Hours Forecasted amount.
  • Enter a Labor Dollars Forecasted amount.
  • When finished entering the Forecast information, press the Update button from the Command Panel. Press the Close button to return to the Work Order Maintenance window.
