Post Suspended Time
Post Suspended Time Clock Entries
Purpose: To take all Time Clock labor entries for a specified date range and post. All technicians must clock out of their jobs in order for the time clock entries to post.
From the menu select Service, Maintenance Functions, Post Suspended Time Clock Entries.
- Start Date – Enter the beginning date of Time Clock entries to post. Those time clock entries that were clocked in on this date will be posted.
- End Date – Enter the end date of Time Clock entries to post. Those time clock entries that were clocked up to this date will be posted.
- Tech ID – Leave this field blank to select ALL technicians Time Clock entries to post. To be specific to one technician, enter the technicians Id. To find a particular technician, use the "" backslash, cross-reference lookup. For a listing of Technicians, press the F6 Key or press List F6 from the Command Panel.
- Post – Press the Post button from the Command Panel to post Suspended Time Cards selected from the criteria above.
- If the technicians selected in the criteria have not clocked out of their work orders, a message will pop up "All technicians must clock out first. View list?"
- The Listing of technicians is inquiry only. You must go back to the Time Clock entry window to clock the technicians out of the work orders.
