Service Monitor Basic Overview

Service Monitor

The Service Monitor is a great tool to help keep track of Work Orders and Estimates. You can add filters to the search criteria to help you pin point specific Work Orders whether it be by OpCode, Customer, Location, Tech and more. The below steps will show you how to access he Service monitor.

Step 1:
Go to Service Management / Service Monitor

Next the Selection Criteria screen will pop up. Enter the search parameters you are looking for in this popup. Explore the different fields to learn what information appears.

Click the Search Icon. (The highlighted icon below)

This will bring up the results based upon the criteria you entered.

You can click the plus mark by each Work Order number to bring up more information about that Work Order.

To change the search criteria all you have to do is click the Search Criteria drop down arrow.
