5. Check the days that the Service Department normally works

Please note that you can modify days worked at any time. For example, if you have a seasonal operation, you may work more days during the busy time and less days during the slack time. Simply go to the parameter and check/uncheck the days.

7. Define any holidays that the Service Department does not work

Scheduled holidays and week days that are not checked as work days will give a warning if someone tries to schedule on one of those days. The warning is simply that; it will not stop you from scheduling on a non-work day.

8. Define and color code labels

Labels can be used to designate a type or operation, a group of technicians or a single technician, a task or the arrival or departure from your service yard. It is entirely up to you how you use them. Labels are user defined and it is not required that you use them. Choose a color for your label. Click in the color field and the color palette will open so that you may choose your color.
