Tool Inquiry

Purpose: To inquire on the status and location of a particular tool. The Inquiry is Read Only.

From the menu select Service, Tool Inquiry.

Tool Id- Enter in the Id of the tool you wish to check the status on. To get a listing of tools, press the F6 Key or List F6 from the Command Panel.

Information on the Tool selected will default in the prompts below Tool Id.

Current Check Out Record- Shows when the tool was checked out.

Current Technician- Shows which technician has checked out the tool.

Current Work Order- Shows the work order the tool was checked out and used on.
