Service Calendar
The service calendar parameters define the days normally worked by the service department and the holiday schedule for the year selected.
Year - This field contains the year being defined. The drop down will show the previous, current, and future year. select the year to define.
Days Ordinarily Worked - The check boxes define the normal work days for the service department. If a day is not selected the calendar can still have work assigned with a warning message to the clerk that the day is not normally worked.
Holidays - This field contains the holidays not worked for the year being defined. The calendar can still have work assigned with a warning message to the clerk that the holiday is not normally worked.
