Combine Two Prospect Records​

Purpose: To combine the data for two Prospect records into one; the duplicate record is deleted after the process is complete. This process will change Prospect ID references to the Primary Prospect ID in all files in the system.

Important: This process could take several minutes depending on the amount of data contained on your system.

From the menu select System Administration, Utilities, Combine 2 Prospect Records.

  • Duplicate Prospect - Enter the Duplicate Prospect Id. If you don’t know the Prospect ID, type in a backslash "" followed by a name to access the cross-reference. Note: This Prospect Id will get deleted.
  • Primary Prospect - Enter the Primary Prospect Id. If you don’t know the Prospect ID, type in a backslash "" followed by a name to access the cross-reference.
  • Click the Process button to merge the records. Important: This process could take several minutes depending on the amount of data contained on your system
