A/P Inquiry
From the DockMaster menu, select Accounts Payable > Inquiries > A/P Inquiry
The A/P Inquiry displays the current status of an A/P vendor. The inquiry is multi-level; the degree of detailed information that can be retrieved from a specific invoice range from a check number that paid an invoice to the actual invoice.
There are tabs in the inquiry that can be used to track an A/P transaction. They are as follows:
Vendor Information Tab – displays Vendor data and financial information.
Open A/P Transactions Tab - lists all open invoices for the vendor. If an invoice is selected from this listing, then the program takes the user to a Transaction Inquiry. If the A/P Invoice option is selected or you double click on an invoice, then the program takes the user to the Invoice Inquiry screen.
Recommended Use: To look up the current status of a Vendor's account including open invoices, recent payments and invoicing and purchasing history.
