Journal Transaction Inquiry​

From the menu select, General Ledger > Journal Transactions > Journal Transaction Inquiry

The journal transaction inquiry menu allows you to inquire on a Journal Transaction without the ability to perform any functions on a transaction. You also have the ability to drill down to the source document that created the transaction.

From the menu select, General Ledger, Journal Transactions, Journal Transaction Inquiry.

  1. To display a journal transaction, enter the ID or select one of the actions below.
    • To list unposted press F6
    • To list posted press F7
    • To list suspended press F8
    • To list cash journals, press F9
    • To list cash details, press F10
  2. After selecting the journal transaction, press F9 to view the source document if applicable.
