Balance Sheet & P/L by Period

Balance Sheet & P/L by Period [report]

From the DockMaster menu, select General Ledger > Reports > Balance Sheet & P/L By Period

This report shows all activity for each accounting period on your system broken down by account type (asset, liability, equity, income, and expense). You can run the report for either Period-to-Date or Year-to-Date values.

  • Summarize By - Enter the option you want Summarize By; Period to Date or Year to Date. This option determines how the values for each accounting period will be summarized. The options are shown below.
    • Year to Date Values - shows a running total of all values up to the period shown.
    • Period to Date Values -  shows only values for the period shown.
  • Company - Enter a Company Number or press Enter to default to the ALL companies.
    • Press F6 to list the companies.
  • Consolidate Report - Click the Consolidated checkbox if you selected ALL companies in the Company prompt and you want to one consolidated report.
  • Click the Print button to print the report.
