Tax Code Levels​

From the DockMaster menu, select File Maintenance > Tax Info > Tax Code Levels

Tax Code Levels allow for taxing on existing tax schemas. Tax levels, basically set up "Taxing Authorities". For example, Level 1 might be "State tax", Level 2 might be "City tax" and Level 3 could be "County tax". Tax Levels 1-6 will be the default Tax Levels. The Tax Level Code cannot be maintained. The description of the code, however, can be changed.

Tax Code Level Maintenance

  • Code – Enter the Tax Code by entering the numeric code in the Code field (1-6). Valid entries are 1-6.
  • Description - The default description will be highlighted. Type your new description over the default description and press the Save button from the Command Panel to save your changes.
