Use Outlook for Bulk Emailing Issue

Hello,

 

We seem to have found the issue. Unfortunately the fix would be to Install the 64bit version Office Suite(Outlook).

 

You may need your IT or Windows Administrator to help with this.

 

First, you will need to Uninstall Microsoft Office Access database engine 2007 (this was something Dockmaster used to install and is no longer needed)

We are not sure if your using Office365, but Microsoft has information on how to uninstall Office365 32bit and then install Office365 64bit.

"To change from a 32-bit version to a 64-bit version or vice versa, you need to uninstallOffice first.  Once the uninstall is complete, sign in again to www.office.com and select Other install options, choose the language and version you want (64 or 32-bit), and then select Install."
