Prospect Categories

Maintain Prospect Category Codes​

From the menu select, Sales Management, Maintenance, Codes, Prospect Categories.

Purpose Prospect categories help narrow down the list of prospective buyers for a particular type of boat. Creating categories allows you to organize your Prospects into groups for reporting purposes. For example, you could create the following category codes to describe the type of boat your prospect is looking for.

  • OPENF  Open Fisherman
  • DIVE  Strictly Diving
  • CRUZ  Cruiser
  • ISLE  Island Hopper
  • SKI  Ski Boat
