Technician File [FL]

Technician File

From the DockMaster menu, select File Maintenance > Technician File

Prerequisites: Department File, Skill Type Code File, Customer File and Chart of Accounts

The Technician File provides the following information to the Service module about each technician:

• Department (for G/L labor income account number)
• Labor Income Accounts (if different from the department)
• Hourly Pay Rate
• Default Billing Rate for each Work Order Type
• Default Rate for Warranty Vendors
• Skill Type Codes
