Tax Categories

From the DockMaster menu, select File Maintenance > Tax Info > Tax Categories

Tax Categories are user-defined and are used to break out taxes on your Sales Tax Report. For example, if you have the Boat Sales Module, you might have to track the taxes separately for motors and boats. Assigning a Tax Category will allow you to break out these taxes when you run your Sales Tax Report
